Q. Does an eye examination generally include a contact lens examination?
A. No, the contact lens examination is separate
from the eye examination. In the contact lens examination,
the practitioner determines your suitability to lenses,
the type of lens most appropriate to your needs and the
parameters required for a comfortable fit. |
Q. Is their a separate cost involved for the contact lens prescription?
A. If you have purchased lenses from your optician,
then you are entitled to a copy of your contact lens prescription.
This should be given to you at no additional cost. If you decide
that you only want the contact lens fitting, the optician may
charge you for their time and expertise. |
Q. Can i swim in my lenses?
A. As long as you wear air tight swimming goggles.

from the water .Remember there are a lot of dirty bodies
using the same facilities. |
Q. How long does it take before i get the contact lenses?
A. Usually within 3-4 days. We send the lenses
out recorded delivery, therefore you have the peace of
mind that you will have to sign for them upon receiving them.
Unlike some companies that send them through ordinary post. |
